Questions & Answers

FAQ

What should I expect during my first massage?

Your first session begins with a brief intake conversation about your health history, goals, and any areas of concern. You'll be draped throughout the session and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Communication is always welcome — let me know if pressure needs adjusting.

What is Watsu?

Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork performed in warm (95°F) water. You are gently held, floated, massaged, and stretched while fully supported. It's deeply relaxing and can be profoundly healing for the nervous system. The Watsu pool is located in Suquamish — address provided upon booking.

Is prenatal massage safe?

Yes. Prenatal massage is specifically designed to be safe for both mother and baby. I use positioning and techniques appropriate for each trimester. Please let me know how far along you are when booking.

What is Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive technique that works with the nervous system to release stored tension and trauma. Light touches along the spine help the body access its own healing intelligence.

How do I book an appointment?

Visit the Booking page to schedule your session. All appointments are by reservation only. You can also reach out via phone, email, or WhatsApp with any questions before booking.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available and redeemable for any massage service. Visit the booking page or contact me directly to arrange one.
